These Terms of Service govern your use of the nammmassage.com website and the massage services provided by Namm Massage at The Regent Bang Tao, Cherngtalay, Phuket, Thailand.

Booking and Appointments

— Walk-ins are welcome daily from 10:00 to 22:00, subject to therapist availability.
— Advance bookings can be made via WhatsApp (+66 646 174 646) or through our partner platforms (Klook, GoWabi).
— We recommend booking at least 30 minutes in advance to guarantee your preferred time and therapist.

Pricing and Payment

— All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) and are inclusive of service.
— Payment is accepted in cash, credit card, and PromptPay.
— The 25% first-visit discount applies to new clients only, on any single massage session.
— Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of your visit applies.

Cancellation

— No cancellation fee for walk-in visits.
— For advance bookings, we appreciate at least 1 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Health and Safety

— Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or pregnancy before your session.
— Namm Massage reserves the right to refuse service if we believe the session may pose a health risk.
— All therapists are certified professionals. All tools are sterilized and fresh linen is provided for each guest.

Conduct

— Namm Massage provides professional massage therapy only.
— Any form of inappropriate behavior or request will result in immediate termination of the session without refund.

Website Use

— The content on nammmassage.com is for informational purposes only.
— We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and up to date, but do not guarantee completeness.
— Unauthorized reproduction of website content is prohibited.

Liability

— Namm Massage is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
— Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
